Chartering and Business Development Manager; prior to joining the Company, he worked for 17 years with Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. holding various supply-chain positions and was Planning Engineer for Phil. Long Distance Telephone Company; completed his BS Electronics and Communications Engineering degree from the University of Santo Tomas.
