Director, he recently joined Thai Thoresen Agencies (TTA) in March 2010 as Managing Director of Thoresen & Company (Bangkok) Limited responsible for overall shipping operations, commercial and strategy development and major project implementation within the shipping company; prior to joining TTA, he was President & CEO of Masterbulk Pte. Ltd. and President of AS Billabong, one of the partners of Star Shipping AS; he also has tanker and dry-cargo chartering and operations experience with various companies in Norway such as Hilmar Reksten, Ugland Group, Broving Group; a board member and committee member in many associations including Singapore Shipping Association Council, Norwegian Hull Club, Det Norske Veritas South East Asia Committee, and Westfal-Larsen Shipping AS.
